Kit Digital is Spain's public digitalization grant program for SMEs and self-employed professionals. It allows businesses to use a subsidized digital voucher to access solutions such as websites, e-commerce, SEO, online presence, CRM, cybersecurity and business software.
I led and personally executed a large part of the commercial and delivery operation around this program. I worked almost the entire chain: lead generation, sales calls, closing deals, client onboarding, project definition, customer support, technical delivery and post-sale follow-up.
This was one of the most important operational projects in my career because it combined sales, execution, client management and high-volume delivery simultaneously. More than just coordinating, I was directly involved in closing clients, speaking with them, managing expectations and building or delivering most of the actual projects.
The operation served 150+ clients and generated more than €300k in revenue across websites, e-commerce, SEO, digital presence and software-related solutions. It taught me how to build a real commercial operation, handle volume under pressure and manage client relationships at scale.
